Is your racking inspected on a regular basis by a competent person? 




The Rack Group's safety inspection service uses data pen technology for better communication between ourselves and the customer. 

Our format is easy to understand and we make the process even quicker and more efficient by using our data pens! 

We can leave a copy for you on site upon completion. 

You can act quickly to rectify any noticed damage.

An electric copy can be produced and sent to any nominated person.

The Rack Group guarantee a quote will be returned to you within 7 working days.

You can even use our pens for your regular inspections!
This way we can keep up to date with your warehouse and can quickly provide a quote for any damage you have.

Regulation 5: Is your racking maintained in an effective state, in efficient working order and in good repair?

Pallet racking is considered work equipment and therefore must be maintained in an effective state. When damage occurs, it is your responsibility to have it repaired immediately. This can happen at inconvenient times, causing hassle, taking up time and costing a small fortune. 

The Rack Group have a number of maintenance systems which are proven to protect and strengthen your pallet racking, allowing it to withstand impacts which would usually render it dangerous. 


With the use of our Front Upright Reinforcement Section, Rear Leg Protectors and Rack Armour you can eliminate the need of repairs and replacements. This can be done at a fraction of the price to replace damaged uprights and takes about 1/3 of the time.
